Join us for a webinar focused on three approaches to strengthen fundraising:

  • Developing more accurate fundraising appeals 
  • Setting up a vetting process for messaging
  • Reporting on fundraising procedures to your board

Luana Lewis

Luana Lewis develops educational programs and services for the Metro New York BBB and its affiliated Foundation, including many programs for charities; participates in policy and strategy development; supervises marketing, communications, and content development; and oversees the Metro New York BBB Foundation’s activities, including its Charity Accountability Program. Previously she was Senior Vice President-Membership Marketing for the Metro New York BBB; prior to that, she was Director of Proposals and Research for The Advertising Council. Currently, Ms. Lewis is a member of the NYC Nonprofit Board Development Coalition. In that NYC Service advisory role for the city, she has contributed content for the NYC Good Governance Blueprint and taught governance classes for NYC Service programs based on this guidebook. Luana is also a BBB Wise Giving Alliance Advisory Committee member.
