Ethical Dilemmas: How to Keep Your Organization Out of the Headlines

Presented By: Doug White

Just as in business and government, the world of charities sees its share of scandals.  But we should do better – better than the other sectors, but also better than how we do things now.   Ethical decision-making may seem intuitive – most of us sense we know what we should do – but real ethical dilemmas require more than our intuition.  Determining the best course of action, especially when there are valid differences of opinion and values, requires a process that most of us discover is less clear-cut than we prefer.  In this interactive session, we will examine contentious questions . . . and see what happens.
