When it comes to achieving mastery of fundraising - especially in the area of gift planning - technical skills are important. Knowing how to explain tax law changes and how a charitable gift annuity works and articulating how a future gift in a will fulfills your organization's mission are all keys to success. But is this enough? In this webinar we will continue a journey (that began during our June 26 webinar) by reviewing the 8 original pillars and then unveiling the second set of 8 pillars. We will review these pillars of success through a Zen filter. Pursuing and mastering the pillars will not only help us be successful in our careers but also make the journey to a gift - and life in general - enjoyable and fulfilling
